Thursday 5:30pm AKTIVATE classes are Mini 3 week progressions, of the same sequence!
For the Beginners or the less confident, this will be a great way to ease into the sequence over a couple of weeks and
Intermediates, this will enable you to take some time on your own progression trying new versions or adaptions of postures.
NOTE: You will book in like you would any other class. If you miss a week that’s totally fine, you can still attend weeks 2 and 3 without doing weeks 1 or 2.
When you see a number next to AKTIVATE it means:
AKTIVATE 1 - Intro of the flow and the poses
AKTIVATE 2 - The transitions and a little more intricate
AKTIVATE 3 - Putting it all together into a flow
