Reconnect, is an intimate journey designed to help you meet a part of yourself you’ve abandoned, suppressed, forgotten or disconnected from. 

Together, we’ll move through a grounding meditation, sound, Reiki and nervous system regulation. 

You’ll take a timeline journey back to self, and walk away with practical action steps to create a vision of the life you are ready to step into.

This isn’t to fix your past. This is changing the relationship you have with your past. 
You don’t need fixing. You might simply need to come home to more of who you’ve always been. 

Reconnect is intentionally limited to 10 people.
