Minimum 12 Week Commitment:Your membership requires 8 active weeks. Any approved suspension during this period pauses your commitment, meaning suspended weeks do not count towards the 12 week minimum. The commitment period will be extended by the length of the suspension.
To cancel your membership prior to your minimum 12 Week Commitment a fee of 50% of your minimum 12 week balance will need to be paid. Please email [email protected] for balance request

Class Pass Rollover: We allow a 1 week class rollover meaning if you miss 1 or both classes in a week, you will have the opportunity to take the extra 1 or 2 classes the following. This is not accruing, meaning you will not have 6 passes available in week 3 if you miss two weeks.

Cancelation via your PunchPass app profile (after 12 weeks) or email [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment.

Membership Suspensions & Medical Leave: Membership suspensions are available for periods where you are unable to attend the studio due to circumstances such as extended travel, illness or injury. Suspensions are not available on an ad-hoc basis or in lieu of attending while away for short periods.
All suspension requests must be made via email prior to the suspension start date and must be for a minimum of 1 full week.
When requesting a suspension[email protected] , you must provide:

~ Your reactivation date
