Have you been wanting to give yoga a go, but too nervous try?
This program has been designed for beginners to form a a solid foundation of the practise while also helping to build confidence on the mat.
We will work through and practice some of the most common postures and alignments over the 3 weeks in workshop style classes.
Week 1 - Wed 15th January
Week 2 - Wed 22nd January
Week 3 - Wed 29th January
