Run over a week on 2 consecutive Sundays in person.
This is the introductory and foundation level of reiki training, where you will learn how to connect with the energy of Reiki and how to perform Healing for yourself to support your own wellbeing as well as for Friends, Family & Pets
You’ll gain the knowledge and techniques to replenish, protect and balance your energy, while also gaining a deep understanding of who you are and what is holing you back.
Receive an energetic Attunement that raises your frequency to enhance your wellbeing.
